Terms of Service

By accessing or using COALSLAW's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and COALSLAW ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

COALSLAW provides a team-based AI subscription platform that enables users to access various AI models including but not limited to GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. Our Service includes: • Access to multiple AI models through a unified interface • Team-based subscription plans for cost sharing • Credit-based usage management • User dashboard and analytics We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are under 18 but at least 14 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Our Service offers team-based subscription plans. By creating or joining a team: • The team leader is responsible for all payment obligations • Team members can only join through invitation from the team leader • Each member's conversations are strictly private and not accessible to other team members • Monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period • If the team leader cancels the subscription or leaves, the team will be dissolved at the end of the current billing period

• Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase • Used credits will be deducted from the refund amount • After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription, but no refund will be provided • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days • To request a refund, contact agewell.es@gmail.com

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems • Interfere with the proper working of the Service • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated means to access the Service without authorization • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by COALSLAW and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws • Content generated through AI models may be subject to the respective AI providers' terms • You retain ownership of content you input into the Service • You grant us a license to use, store, and process your inputs to provide the Service Ownership of AI-Generated Content: • To the extent permitted by applicable law, COALSLAW hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to Output generated by AI models in response to your Input. • You should be aware that due to the nature of AI technology, the same or similar Output may be generated for other users. In such cases, rights to that Output are non-exclusive. • COALSLAW does not claim ownership of your Output. • Additional restrictions on the use of Output may apply under the terms of each AI provider. Please review the applicable provider's terms before any commercial use.

Our Service provides access to AI models from third-party providers. You acknowledge and agree to the following: Accuracy and Limitations: • AI-generated content ("Output") may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date, and may contain factual errors. • Output should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, tax, or other expert guidance. • You must evaluate the accuracy and appropriateness of any Output before using or sharing it with others, including conducting appropriate human review. • Output does not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of COALSLAW. Prohibited Uses of Output: • You must not use Output relating to other individuals for purposes that have legal or significant impact on them, such as making decisions about credit, employment, education, housing, insurance, or medical treatment. • You must not represent AI-generated content as being human-generated when it is not. Your Responsibility: • You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content. • Your use of these AI models is also subject to the respective providers' terms of service. • AI models may produce unexpected, inappropriate, or offensive responses, and COALSLAW is not liable for such outputs. Third-Party AI Provider Terms: The AI models available through our Service are operated by third-party providers. Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. Anonymized and Aggregated Data: We may anonymize and aggregate data collected through your use of the Service so that it can no longer identify you personally. We may use such anonymized and aggregated data for any commercial purpose, including service improvement, statistical analysis, industry research, and provision to third parties. All rights in such anonymized aggregated data belong to COALSLAW. We do not sell personally identifiable raw data to third parties without your consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COALSLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COALSLAW and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
